This is a live cluster performance I did while I was visiting the Corta in Bra festival. It was shot in a very impressive, octagon shaped building called La Zizzola di Bra. All I had with me on the trip was my little point and shoot, plus a hand held mic, so the resolution isn’t quite as tight or detailed as it might have been if I’d shot it with my hd camera, but it’s more about the space, the acoustics and the wonderful creative vibes I got from the people of Bra. I hope you enjoy it!

Gestern hab ich ‘Fredo Viola’ entdeckt – und bin sofort Fan geworden. Im Grunde hab ich mir erstmal nur die nachfolgenden drei Videos angesehen und dann noch ein bisschen mehr herumgelesen. Das wars auch schon. Ich war gefesselt und bin es immer noch :-)

Zuerst hab ich das auf Vimeo im “staff pick” gesehen – Improvisation 2:

Und nicht zuletzt das hier – Moon After Berceuse (Hall Cluster):

Jetzt bin ich wirklich hin und weg. Vor allem “Moon After Berceuse” hat es mir angetan.

)* für eMusic sollte ich wirklich mal die Werbetrommel rühren… unglaublich viel gute Musik – so viel besser wie das Zeug aus dem Radio.
